Keep original shipping package in which you received your Nookwall. Contact us and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label via UPS. Customer shall pack product and bring to UPS Store. Cost of return shipping will be paid by Nookwall. Product shall be returned in good condition. Refund will be processed within 15 days.
